You can transfer your registration to someone else online on or before April 30, 2018. You need to log in or sign up for an Eventbrite account. You can find a link in your ticket confirmation message. Log in to Eventbrite and go to ticket/manage order and click edit (not transfer). Change the contact (attendee) information. This function is only made available to the original registrant. Please contact [email protected] if you need to transfer after April 30, 2018.
Yes, your registration is transferable, however we recommend that the transfer is processed prior to the event so that we can have the substitute name on our list.
You need to have an Eventbrite account to update your registration details. Once an account has been set up, changes to information can be made at any time.
All registrants will be provided with access to Sched, an online platform where we will post the schedule of workshops. Sched provides information on session topics and presenters and allows you to manage your workshop selections. Workshop selections can be updated in Sched as needed, however please note that changes made after April 30, 2018 may not be reflected in your conference package and may need to be manually updated onsite at the event.
Pre-conference workshops will be open to a limited number of financial empowerment practitioners and frontline service providers to explore key topics in an in-depth and informal setting on the afternoon of Monday, May 7, 2018. Space is limited so participants are encouraged to book early to secure their spot.
Speakers, presenters and those receiving subsidies will receive a promotional code to register. If you fall in this category and have not received a promotional code please contact [email protected] to inquire.
Yes. Please click ‘show other payment options’ located under the ‘Register’ button to request an invoice. Registration confirmation is not official until payment is received in full.
Registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by full payment of registration fees. Only registered delegates may claim registration materials at the Conference Registration Desk and will not be permitted to collect materials for other delegates. Substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference. Cancellations received in writing postmarked by April 30, 2018 will be refunded in full less a 5% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 30, 2018. Only cancellations sent to Prosper Canada in writing (including email) will be processed. On-line registration closes Midnight (EST) April 30, 2018.
We will still accept registrations after online registration has closed, however registration may depend on the availability of workshops. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to register.
