The ABLE Financial Empowerment Conference is a national biennial conference for all stakeholders interested in fostering financial empowerment for people who live on low incomes. On May 8th and 9th, 2018, 300+ participants from across Canada will gather for two days where they will hear from leading experts from the financial empowerment field.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, learning sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities. A pre-conference day will also be open to a limited number of financial empowerment practitioners to explore key topics in an in-depth and informal setting on the afternoon of Monday, May 7, 2018.
The 2018 ABLE Financial Empowerment conference is hosted by the ABLE Steering Committee through the support of Prosper Canada and Family Services of Greater Vancouver.
We recognize the location of this event is on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the Musqueam people.
This year’s theme is, Financial well-being for all.
